Description

The homepage is editable in the dev instance directly. There are sources to draw from, here:

Create Visual Slide deck that provides an introduction to the project (Issue #132)
files are in the dropbox

Also see Create FGA project description (Issue #124) which points to this ehterpad as the repository for everything right now.

FINISH LINE:

when the new copy is exists in the DEV instance and is approved at an FGA GM.
