Audit and expand GA entries to include committees
Preform an audit of each GA's entry to the CRM to include committee group disparate entries. During this audit each committee should be filled out as an entitiy in the CRM with it's own mailing list, webpage (often a subdomain of the responsible ga or a tag), any news feed (again often an rss feed from a tag on a GA page), a 'tag cloud' of terms that cover responsibilities (for discovering where roles and responsibilities are uniform with the harmonized groupings and where they are not), and to try and impress the importance of using a single tag for each committe on the GA's wordpress (or other software) as well as asking for the meeting summaries in human readable form.
This should be done semi-aggressively by directly contacting committees one at a time. We should NOT add this information to the CRM just yet. We should do a first wave of at least 5-10 committees and crunch what we get to try and identify likely patterns (as already demonstrated in the harmonized tags listings on the wiki)..
