Description
What sites do we need to integrate with? Depending on that answer, we can begin to narrow down the many addthis-type of modules, or decide on something simple and custom.

One simple option is to use the Aggregator module, which is part of Drupal core, to pull in RSS feeds.

News widget (Home 8.0) and News From Other Occupations (Home 16.0) will be coming from http://newswire.occupy.net, which is a news tracker (http://www.managingnews.com/). There will also be Twitter feeds.
In addition, there is a desire to suck in content from blogs at *.nycga.net. A blog admin would tag a blog post with a certain tag and it would be ingested into the CMS and sit in the content queue. It was suggested that it could be done with http://drupal.org/project/cck.
