Description

As a site admin, I want to be able batch-edit categories on posts in a more powerful way than is built into the WP batch editor. For example, I want to be able to batch remove settings. Lots plugins for this. Find a good one. Install.

Did a bunch of investigating of plugin options and didn't really find any that seemed too promising. I think we should table this for now.
