Description
The link to change notification settings at the bottom of site emails, e.g:
http://www.nycga.net/groups/tech/notifications/
Results in a 404 for non-logged in users.
Expected behavior would be a log-in screen, with redirect to the notifications page.
Classifying as bug because the site should not provide links which result in 404s.
