I worked on this yesterday (benj styled the contribute form). The newsletter form in the header and footer is still in progress but thats a shared element across all pages. So this page is done once those elements are finished. There may be minor css tweaks here and there (to be expected) that will need to be done to fine tune the page but overall everything is there, doing and looking like it should.

Because the remaining work is header/footer related I'm setting this "page" issue to closed and 100% done.
