Install http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/revision-history/ or similar to allow WP revision info to be displayed on each post, especially minutes.

Installed and tested locally. Ready for deploy and config on prod.

Will display revision history for ALL posts. This might get a little annoying, but is actually probably a good thing for the sake of transparency.
