Devin -- can you please upload a sample OPML file here that exemplifies the format the Newswire will properly ingest? Please be sure the file is clean and exactly what you need. It's a bit finicky to craft the XML exports.

opml acting funny. considering building a view of RSS feeds instead for cut-and-pasting into http://reader.feedshow.com/goodies/opml/OPMLBuilder-create-opml-from-rss-list.php

CSV output can be used via third party service to create an OPML. This was an edge case for Devin.
Might be useful to output OPML of favorited/bookmarked occupations for a user to add their news to their feed reader, but no one else has asked for an OPML of all the RSS feeds on the site.
The data is free to download so people can transform it. We wanted to encourage interoperability between occupy systems, but it seems that's being met.

Marking as rejected since we won't be taking this on in the end.
