Gina McGill has offered to assist with the Bug, she is a registered Redmine user.

From Gina: I can take a look to see what is causing the duplicates. I would need to see the query or table from which the data is pulled and interface design.

Please look at the TEST environment, on which new code has been deployed that should eliminate these duplicates.

In other words: go here http://test.fga-directory.gotpantheon.com/ try out the proposed fix for your self...then report back here (Redmine Bug 502) with any comments (good, bad or otherwise).

I did a search on both "Occupy Brookings" and "Brookings" both with country as "United States".

No listing appeared for either of those entries in test and production on the first run. Maybe the server was running too slow, but no listing came up.

I just ran the test again and in both the development and production databases only a single entry for Occupy Brookings appeared. So it seems to have been corrected.

On July 25, Occupy Brookings was listed in the directory and there were two listings.

I have included a screenshot that shows no listings exist for Brookings. I wonder what would cause this screen to display even though Brookings is listed in the directory.

As a Curator, I would like to be able to distinguish whether a comment's state is New, Done, Rejected, Will Do, and/or Published" The current view does not allow for that and makes it difficult to figure out what comments have been addressed (or not).
