Description

This project is to have a fairly simple workflow - Pantheon central dev, push to live on there when we're ready to roll a feature release, roll the release and put it on the occupy drupal apps server - but it still needs to be clearly documented.

This should also be integrated with the more general workflow docs Andrew is working on...somehow.

I'd eventually like to have one that specifically describes how this piece of the project works, but I think that overall developer guide gets us 80% of the way there. There are instances where it's clearly targeted towards the directory, and we just need to separate things out.
