Description

The display of the tabs on the Learn Page (http://live.occupywallstreet-net.gotpantheon.com/learn) for the Documents don't display correctly (see attached).

In progress, not at home right now, but tweaked the styling via the browsers inspectors and checked the results in FF/Chrome will apply when i get home.
Tabs : Padding-bottom:3px, position:relative; top: 6px
