Description
Wrap "attribution" byline attribution and source into a single div
Wrap photo credit
Wrap 'attribution, image and photo credit in its onw left floated div.
This will improve our ability to style the story headers.
Omit story header image if file doesnt exist... do it the dupal way, but if all else fails check for file_exists.
