Description

Content Editors and Content Managers should be able to administer tags used in Stories and Events.

Enable Administer vocabularies and terms, Edit terms in Tags and Delete terms from Tags for Content Editors and Content Managers

Permissions are not working for Content Managers. Options don't appear in the navigation menu and direct link goes to user profile page.
