Description
People in IO team prefer the nav dropdowns on the hubs rather than the one on the main site. The thing they like better is that it is clear that the top link is NOT supposed to open to a page on the site - it is only supposed to open a drop down menu. Can we switch the ones in the main site to function more like the ones in the hubs?

The simplest way to do this is to make the top link not-active so that it is ostensibly the same thing except that the menu is triggered by the hover. To use the same menu would be a bit trickier.
If you want to make the top menu item not a link, in the wordpress menus section, make the top level menu item a custom link with the url set to #

OK, I can take care of that making the top item not a link.
Can you please reduce size of the fonts so that we can include Home?
