Posting minutes to a hub causes Hub Updates to rearrange

Description
When you post minutes to a hub, it causes all of that Hub's updates to rise to the top of the listing of hub updates. So for example, if a week ago InfoOccupy posted 10 updates, and they had fallen to the bottom of the listing of updates - if infoOccupy then posts minutes to their hub, all those past updates rise to the top ten spots of the hub updates list.
