Description

The shortcut menu items are currently not visible in admin. The arrow in the top right should display the shortcut menu items assigned to the user when they're logged in.

The menu appears to be working on http://dev.occupywallstreet-net.gotpantheon.com. When I pulled the updates to http://test.occupywallstreet-net.gotpantheon.com/ , an error appeared.
